To promote the work and activities of Żgħażagħ għall-Bidla, photographs and video recordings may be taken during this public event and used for publicity and promotional purposes, including publication on the organisation's website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other communication channels.
Participants aged 18 years and over:
By attending this public event, you acknowledge that photographs or video recordings in which you may appear may be captured and used for the purposes described above. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please inform an event organiser upon arrival, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request where practicable.
Participants under the age of 18:
Photographs or video recordings of minors will only be taken and used where explicit consent has been provided by a parent or legal guardian through the respective consent form linked to this registration form. The wishes of the parent or legal guardian regarding photography will be fully respected.
Żgħażagħ għall-Bidla will ensure that all photographs and recordings are used respectfully and appropriately and will never knowingly use images in a manner that could compromise the dignity, safety, or wellbeing of participants.
2. Minors Notice
Any persons under the age of 18 (minors) attending this public event who do not complete the consent form above, by the respective parent/guardian, cannot attend the event.
The parent/guardian's completed consent form for the attending minor acknowledges that ultimate responsibility for the minor rests with no member of Żgħażagħ għall-Bidla's team, both during and after the event.
Any personal data will be processed only in relation to participation in the event and, where applicable, in accordance with the parental/guardian consent provided.
